"The blanc de noirs 2016 Soil Blanco de Pinot Noir fermented in concrete vats, and just 15% of the volume was in oak barrels for four months. It only has a very light rosy tint (compared with the Chardonnay) and a reticent nose with some iron-like, fresh blood aromas and hints of berries and flowers. It's medium-bodied with good grip, tasty flavors and good intensity and persistence. It has a savory, almost salty finish. 13,000 bottles produced."

" This wine is crisp, fresh and floral with bright acidity and aromas of rose petals. On the palate it is supple and harmonious with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and citrus, with a smooth lingering finish. Perfect for drinking on its own, it also makes a nice accompaniment to salads, light pasta dishes and seafood."

"This lush wine offers true value, deeply flavored in strawberry and cherry. A tannic foundation supports the fruit beside black tea, clove and a twist of orange and cranberry, with a soft and smooth texture."

"Quite rich in texture and generous in flavor, this medium-bodied wine has notes of black cherry, toasted baguette and pomegranate. These flavors mingle with the broad mouthfeel, offering depth and layering that leads to a lingering finish. Best Buy. "
